Service
As a customer, you are accepting our terms & conditions. To ensure a smooth process, We hope to not only provide a satisfactory service but also an open and honest relationship between you and Habibis Embroidery & Screenprinting. Therefore, here is a review of our policies to give you full transparency when working with us.
Communication throughout is crucial as it keeps us informed of any changes or concerns you have with your custom project. We can not make any changes on your behalf, therefore any errors or concerns of quality and digitized work need to be brought to our attention before final approval.
Digitizing Service
Any artwork files must be a JPEG, PNG, or PDF file and must be of high quality. The intended dimensions of the embroidered project must also be specified and or communicated to us in writing. Failure to do so does not hold Habibis Embroidery & Screen Printing liable for any problems that may surface as a result.
Digitizing edits will be charged an additional fee of $5. The first two are free of charge. This means you will get a physical sample of every digitized edit. Upon receiving your sample, you must ensure the dimensions, colorways, placement, and spelling are accurate as the sample represents how the final product will look. Any desired modifications made upon final approval might result in additional charges. Consequently, it may also delay due dates and the intended timeline for the product. We are not to be held responsible in the event something of this nature occurs.
Returns
In the event of a misprinted or defective "stock" item that we offer or if the artwork and specifications differ from the client's final approval, the client is entitled to returns within 30 days of purchase. Habibis Embroidery & Screen Printing is not responsible for incorrect sizing when the client is purchasing stock items. Returns won't be accepted once items have been personalized and modified except for the situations mentioned above.
Satisfaction
Habibis Embroidery & Screen Printing is not responsible for client dissatisfaction with items that have been modified or the artwork itself. We can only work with what the client asks of us so it's crucial to communicate all specifications and details for their project. We are not liable for the client failing to provide all necessary details before approval.
